基础教研部以教学改革为手段，以提高教学质量为目的，加强对中、青年教师的培养，加深教师对自己本学科内涵建设的认识，使教学工作更有针对性和实效性。同时积极鼓励教师发表高质量的论文、承担校级以上教、科研课题，通过教科研提升教学水平，促进教学内容更新，促进教学与科研相结合。近几年，我部教师公开发表论文100余篇，其中SCI/EI期刊10篇，承担省级教科研项目8项，编写教材5部，省级优秀课3门，省级“学科育人示范课程”1门，校级一流课程3门。
